At the beginning of the project, all we received was an order for crane rental. However, after on-site investigation, it was found that the construction space on campus was extremely limited. More importantly, the surrounding grass and floor tiles were all finished products and could not be crushed or damaged in any way. The conventional crane solution simply won't work.

" We did not simply give up but voluntarily offered to upgrade from a car rental provider to a full-service provider. After repeated deliberations, the team decided to abandon the crane and adopt a combination plan of forklifts in conjunction with the laying of steel plates. The thickness of the steel plate and the laying range have been precisely calculated to not only distribute the load to protect the grass and floor tiles but also ensure the smooth movement of the forklift. Multiple versions of the plan were overturned one after another, from equipment selection to the walking path, from center of gravity control to positioning accuracy, every detail was repeatedly deliberated.
On the day of construction, steel plates were laid smoothly one by one, forklifts moved slowly along the pre-determined route, and technicians repeatedly checked the coordinates. The moment the statue was firmly placed in position, the applause from the parents and the school authorities present was the greatest recognition for the people of Le Gao.
